Power Line-shaft Conveyors
Lemcol has many years experience with this type of equipment. Conveyors can be supplied in galvanised, stainless steel or painted finishes with either galvanised or polypropylene rollers. There is a range of standard widths to select from and non-standard widths can be supplied in economic quantities on request. Standard straight sections are either 1.5m or 3.0m long. Other sections and accessories include 45°, 60° and 90° curves, 30° and 45° merges, urethane belt transfers, pneumatic pushers, blade stops, and zero pressure accumulation. Lemcol an supply and install mechanical equipment only, or can turn-key supply with all transfers, pneumatic pushers, blade stops, and zero pressure accumulation. Curved Belt Conveyors
Lemcol can supply a range of curved belt conveyors using a system of guidance without chains. Sizes range from 250mm to 2000mm inside radius with belt widths from 540mm to 1150mm. Again, these can be supplied in painted or stainless steel fi nish.
Lemcol Heavy Duty Rollers
Designed to meet the maximum demands of strength, capacity and accuracy in strenuous applications such as foundries, factories, oil depots, steel plants and machine shops. Available in standard straight and curved sections with the capacity of 220kg per roller. Curved sections are fitted with double differential rollers. Side members are manufactured from 100 x 50mm channel.

Belt conveyors, chain conveyors, steel or plastic systems, slat conveyors and heavy duty belt under-roller accumulation systems (for pallets and associated special purpose machinery), can all be custom-made on request, the benefit of local manufacturing.
